I will be more than happy to look over the new recipes you've developed. It'll certainly assist with my own personal research. If I may request one small thing, Klee... Let us please not have any bombs thrown around in the process of doing so.

[ klee seems to be the same as always, even in trench. a superficial assessment, but. considering her jubilant mood, it may not be best to ask about her experiences here. later, then, when she presents the opportunity in some way. ]

Do let Dodoco know that I am grateful for her consent. You may choose when and where we'll come to meet again, if you'd like. I'll be timely with my arrival and may come with a souvenir or two, though I suppose that depends on what resources you are currently scarce in.

[She being absolutely sincere at that. Especially since she really likes her little sort of lab and accidentally burning the all the pictures she drew would be sad.]

Okay. Klee is free to go out, but not after dark. Kaeya says I can go outside when there lots of sunshine, but when it starts getting dark to come back and no going outside when it late! Umm, we can meet wherever even in my bomb lab is. I can invite people here. It in the backyard in the house I'm living with Kaeya.

[ albedo is aware of kaeya's address, but felt little need to bother with an actual visit. an invitation from klee is enough of an incentive, still. he'll take the backend of the home though. ]

No, no. There is no need to trouble yourself, Klee. It's safer that I come to you instead. Are there fences I ought to be aware of? Anything that may serve to ward intruders from his home?

[ don't stop him from using an isotoma to hop over whatever barrier is in his way, basically. ]

[Hopping in excitement at the thought of seeing Albedo, Klee shakes her head. It's been so long since she's spent time with her brother. Even living with Kaeya, she will always miss him. ]

Okay, Klee will be watching from the window. We have a little fence but it can open if you unlock it.

[ upon klee's suggestion, albedo does, in fact, unlock the door of the fence rather than rely on a solar isotoma to flit over the typical hurdles. does he spot her peeking from the window of her shack? whatever the case may be, he'll approach the little building, knuckles lightly knocking at the door, thrice. ]

Klee? It's me, Albedo.

[ saying it for good measure, in case kaeya strongly advised for her to only open the door for specific purposes. ]

It appears I arrived empty-handed. [ he continues on whether the door is finally opened or not. ] You haven't exactly told me if you needed anything.

[ what he doesn't tell her: he can simply sketch it out for her and manifest it into being anyway. ]

[ As she waited patiently at the door, she heard the knock and almost opened, but remembers one on Kaeya's rule. Don't open the door until they say who they are. Oh! Yay. It is Albedo. With a little hop, she opens the door hanging on to the doorknob as is swings open. Then hops and scrambles over to see him. Dodoco shaking her head in amusement with a sound that may or may not be laughter]

Albedo! You're here! Yay, Klee's missed you.

[Dodoco waddles over to watch. Klee moves to take his hand and hopefully lead him inside. On bit of manners she still remembers ]

Come in. Um, Klee knows that's she supposed offer food, but Klee's not allowed near the stove. Oh ummm.

Klee wants some fuses to make bombs. I found everything else, but the fuse I found here really weird. Oh this is Dodoco! You know her.

[ Dodoco, now next to Klee, bows her head before a paw emerges to wave a greeting at Albedo. Stoic little Omen that she is]

[ well, he did inform her of dried lizard tails, how she's more than welcomed to utilize those for gunpowder back in teyvat. providing fuses by way of alchemy shouldn't pose as a challenge or that big of an issue. after all, ground rules have been established, and she appears to be adhering to the spoken word kaeya has imparted to her. a good sign, perhaps, that she won't be blowing up anything any time soon. so it should be fine. maybe. ]

You needn't offer anything to me, Klee. Your company is more than welcomed during moments of respite.

[ albedo offers a little smile to dodoco in return for the greeting, kneeling down to both dodoco's and klee's eye-level for an easier, more trustworthy interaction. ]

I can provide a generous supply of them for you, but please always keep in mind what the Acting Grand Master has prohibited you from doing with your inventions. Now then, on the topic of the Omni device and Dodoco herself...

[She has a little petulant look on her face but nods. She remembers Jean's rule, but it shouldn't apply because they're not in Mondstat. ]

Klee remembers. [A pout] Klee only does experiment in the shack or somewhere there no people and only rocks. [ She perks up as the topic changes before nodding and take out her Omni before holding out. Dodoco wanders next to them as she heard her name. ]

You wanted to see it? Oh, Dodoco, big brother Albedo wants to talk to you. [ Dodoco turns to Albedo and nods. After a moment, you can hear a soft almost ethereal voice that responds. Yet, Dodoco's face remains impassive ]


Yes? You wish to speak to me.

[ albedo believes her; he hasn't caught wind of any inflammable incidents occurring within the city districts. but he does feel the need to remind her — ]

If you feel that you must protect yourself, however... I don't believe anyone would reprimand you for doing so.

[ worried sick for her welfare, yes, but upset over the methods used to ensure her own safety? well, no one can really blame her when trench is like this. but albedo finally looks to dodoco, summoning his own omen who sits, with a few beat of their wings, upon his shoulder: just a simple raven. ]

Do you trust us? ... I only ask due to the nature of the request. If Klee happens to receive messages of... the more unsavory nature, I would like to offer for you to direct them to my inbox instead. I can personally filter through them and either discard them in your and Klee's stead or, if I feel that it's imperative and/or acceptable for her to receive, I'll transcribe them to better fit the audience.

[ basically: if dodoco deems the messages unfit for klee's well-being, just send them all to albedo's omen and/or his omni device, and he'll report back to her of what he will decide to do with the contents of each message. with dodoco's consent, of course. as for klee's omni: albedo doesn't take it from her hands just yet. instead: ]

Do you trust me, Klee? [ he will direct that question to his sister as well. ] At least, with the Omni in your hands, if nothing else.

[Dodoco nods. She doesn't understand why but she knows she can trust in Albedo and his Omen]

Yes, we trust you. Ah, yes that is no problem at all. I've managed to have her scroll away from any more.... risqué or distracted. But she is energetic and I am only one Omen. I don't see any problem in this solution.

[Klee blinks at the question. It's such a funny and weird one! She gives him a big smile.]

Of course, I trust you. You're Klee's big brother! You're always made sure that Klee is happy and safe. You even make sure I don't get in worse trouble with Master Jean. I trust you the most. You need my Omni, so here!

[She holds out the Omni out to Albedo with full trust. She heard how some big brothers aren't nice, but Albedo is. It doesn't matter to her that they're not related. This is her brother. Nothing will change that. ]
